? as in, outside the continental us. i guess you can inlude canada. and hawaii. and alaska too. but anywhere else we shall continue to consider "really far away" (see footnote intl). in which case add $5 to your order (in karma, or whatever you would like)...or even better, email us before you order and we'll work something out.
